I am a multi passionate nutritional coach!  People will always tell you to find your space and solely sit in that space ~ I don't like that.  Instead I see a person as a whole person and all of there needs and there's always a whole lot of overlap across many different genres.  I'm passionate about meeting you exactly where you are, supporting you to navigate the psychology of change & empowering you to make practical changes.   I specialise with working with people (and young people) who want support & guidance to feel EPIC! Navigating life, nutrition, wellness & unleashing your awesome!

  • For several months I’ve been struggling with trying to put weight on. I know that seems a strange thing to want to do but after having lost a lot of weight unintentionally, and partly owing to acid reflux which has changed my eating habits, I had gotten to the point where I hadn’t really got anymore weight to lose.
    A lot of focus always seems to be on how to lose weight so I found it difficult to know how to gain weight in a healthy way…..this is where Emma stepped in!
    I told Emma my background, what I was currently eating, and my activity level and she gave me lots of advice about how often I should be eating, and the type of foods to be eating to help me gain some weight. This really helped as I’m very conscious of not eating a lot of the wrong foods that would help me put weight on, but would not be good for my overall health.
    With Emma’s help, I am now eating more regularly throughout the day, and gradually increasing my portion size. I’m pleased to say that within a month of first speaking to Emma I had gained 3lb, I felt very different in my clothes, and I’m sleeping much better too. The help Emma has given me has been invaluable and I’m looking forward to seeing my future progress.

  • Here’s a little feedback that’s fallen by my way this morning… I feel like I’ve changed so much during the past couple of weeks, and just this morning I was talking to a friend on the phone and she said that I have changed massively, I was so happy when she said that! My mindset is totally different, I’ve become a doer rather than an overthinker, I’m more cheerful, I get up in the morning ready to take on the world, and I’m taking things in my stride rather than getting stressed. I honestly never thought I could feel like this, I thought I was destined to be an anxious overthinker forever! I’m sleeping much better, a consistent 7.5 hours a night, I’ve lost 4lb so far and I do not feel deprived, I’ve eaten all the things I love – I’ve still eaten bread!! I’ve followed weight loss plans in the past and I’ve always had to make a choice between cereals or bread unless I commit a “sin” …..now I have both and don’t give it a second thought 😃 my relationship with food is so much better, I no longer have the guilt when I have a little treat with my afternoon brew! I just feel so much healthier, I almost feel lighter! I’m so pleased I found you Emma, you’re exactly what I need in my life! Xxx
